		<description>I had the &#039;pleasure&#039; of modifying an application that had been built or heavily modified (it was unclear which) by wipro. Scariest piece of work I&#039;d ever touched.  Complete spaghetti and classes filled with nothing but static methods.  It was work they did in the late 90&#039;s so I&#039;m sure they improved since then...  I can still hear the former project manager saying &#039;Have you thought about throwing it all out and starting over?&#039;</description>
